It penetrates the epidermis and upper dermis to promote the turnover of cells and stimulate the production of collagen, while restoring moisture balance.

Benefits:

The ZO 3-Step Peel addresses a variety of skincare issues, including:

  • Pigmentation from sun damage, such as brown spots and uneven skin tone
  • Melasma
  • Enlarged pores
  • Uneven skin texture
  • Dullness
  • Acne and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation

FAQ

What are the side effects?

- Redness that last a few days

- Temporary peels

- Temporary darkening of the skin

- Scarring (very rare when peel is performed but a professional)

Is there any downtime?

After a medium or deep peel, you will have downtime. A medium chemical peel requires at least 7-10 days of downtime. A deep chemical peel requires recuperation at home for 2 to 3 weeks.

When will I see results?

Once your skin heals, you will see the results. Healing time ranges from 7 to 14 days or longer for a medium peel. A deep chemical peel usually takes a bit longer to heal.

How long will the results last?

Most results are not permanent because our skin continues to age.

How often can I get a peel?

For medium depth peels we recommend getting a minimum of 3 peels 4 weeks apart, every 4-6 months.

For deep peels we recommend 1 peel once a year.
